  • Youth Football Camps
  • Prospects Clinics (ages 16-19) - Sports Mechanix trains top high school athletes through an intense football skills training program to help athletes become top college prospects.  Each high school athlete will be assigned a former collegiate or professional athlete to work with throughout the 6 week program.
  • Football Personal Training (ages 8-19) - Sports Mechanix trains athletes through an intense football skills training program to help athletes reach the top of their  game.  Areas of focus include: speed and agility, football fundamentals, and strength and conditioning.   • Football Coaching Clinics - Sports Mechanix camp leaders and other high school and college level coaches will train coaches on proper coaching techniques in order to bring  success to your team.

Anthony Jefferies, BS, M. Ed

Anthony has been in the coaching and  strength and conditioning field for over 15 years..started career playing football for Judge Memorial Catholic High..all-state 3-year starter in football, baseball, and track..led team to 4A state football championship in 1993...USA today Honorable Mention All-American, Region MVP , all-state running back in both SL Trip and D News, MVP of the Murray Eagle.

College: Snow College..started two years as RB..team ranked 7 and 4 in the nation for Junior Colleges..leader on the team in all purpose yards..received scholarship at Southern Utah University..2 year starter.. team was # 1 rushing team in nation both years as starting RB..final season, offense broke the national team rushing record.

Education: SUU-Bachelor of Science..Minor in Physical Education Coaching..Master of Education-University of Phoenix..trainer for 24hr Fitness..certified in APEX

Coaching: Juan Diego PE instructor..mentored by Bish Dolengevich (Olympic athlete for Canada/Olympic Coach for Canada, Strength Coach and Throwing Coach for SUU)..Juan Diego head strength Coach for football..cut injuries by almost 80%..Juan Diego running back Coach, and Special Team Coordinator..from 2002 to 2009 he produced an All-State running back each year and sent 11 RB athletes on to college football..won 4 State Championships and 7 Region Championships..currently at Granger High..school Strength Coach, RB and DB Coach..Defensive Coordinator for 2011 season...current Head Track & Field Coach

Recent Success: Last two trained Athletes had an average Gain in mass of 25 pounds, 40yd time dropped 3 tenths, vertical increased average of 6 in, standing long jump increased over a foot, and shuttle cone agility went down 5 tenths. The two athletes were Keegan Andersen (USU Head Coach Gary Andersen’s son) and Crosby Jensen the QB for Cottonwood a year ago. Anthony specializes in making form and technique strong to help any athlete get the most out of their athletic ability.
